Looking forward to attending! Was just diagnosed with SLE last year and trying to learn everything I can about this illness. Thank you all for providing information that will help me and others live and cope with this.
Take care,

Ray: sorry to hear about the recent diagnosis. In my experience, you should do better than average. People who learn as much as they can plus put it into practice overall do better. Men, unfortunately, tend to have overall worse disease. This especially applies to the increased risk of heart attacks, strokes, and blood clots. Being diligent about keeping perfect numbers for BP, cholesterol, HbA1c as well as regular exercise, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, taking medications religiously, etc. go a long way. We are glad you will be there next Saturday
